"The Flow of Time" themed around public telephone booths, aiming to explore the passage of time and social change. These forgotten communication tools once played significant roles but have now been replaced by mobile phones and other communication methods. Artists will transform these telephone booths into contemporary creations through modern art, design, and technological elements. Audiences can interact with the artworks and experience the flow of time. This exhibition serves as a celebration of the passage of time while highlighting the importance of preserving cultural heritage and blending the future of contemporary art and design.

Through a process of deconstruction, the artist disentangles fragments of everyday life, yielding a hallucinatory yet oddly harmonious visual tapestry. The result is akin to a symphony of visuals, with constant fragmentation and reassembly giving birth to the very fabric of existence.

"Motion Type" integrates the concepts of time and dynamic transformation, using visual forms of motion to attempt to change the experience of the original space, thereby expanding the public's everyday impression of that space and creating new understanding and meaning.
Placing "Motion Type" in public environments creates fleeting and brief encounters for the public—a new spiritual gateway that establishes a stronger continuity with the surrounding space and integrates into the abstract landscape that is constantly evolving.

「一時」是指在生活中，因為某個原因所停頓的一小段時空
這概念源於生活中有很多空間和公共資源，是被忽略的空白地帶。
這些被邊緣化的部分，有時候是連接兩個不同空間的通道，有時候是兩個連續時間段之間的間隔。我們的社會發展到目前的階段，經濟科技在不斷進步，但是要面臨的問題也很多，其中一個就是如何建立一個可持續發展的生活環境。
我們希望用文化藝術創作讓被邊緣化的公共空間煥發新的活力，從「狹縫」中讓人們的生活節奏有一點不一樣的變化，更關注「事件」而不是「事物」，為自己的生活停頓一秒，思考一秒，感受一秒。可能就是這「一時」的意義。

ONESEC ART 是Frustum Design Gallery的公開藝術項目。這個項目將城市生活空間中被忽視的閒置公共資源，提供給不同的年輕藝術家作為其創作的承載體。在這個項目中，創作的目的不是為裝飾公共空間，而是真正基於「可持續生活」的主題，用文化藝術作為激活環境活力的催化劑，為生活提供「一時」感受的空間，為未來提供力量，為社區注入活力。
而對於年輕藝術家來說，這種創作不僅是對自我的一種展示，更是一種挑戰。因為你的作品並不以藝術內容創作的完成而結束，相反，這正是這份作品的開始。如何影響這個空間，如何為人們的生活節奏帶來些許改變，從而為當地環境和人與人之間的關係帶來積極影響，才是這個作品真正的創作過程。
如何參與「一時」
此項目對所有的文化藝術家開放。我們將不定期地公佈在上海，倫敦可被使用的公共空間資源和使用時間，創作者可以從這個空間所在的社區/生活環境/人文文化出發，根據載體的不同特性，創作屬於這個空間的「一時」內容，實現為生活提供「一時」感受的空間的目的。
